Booking conditions & cancellation policy
All bookings are subject to availability and must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.
Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Your confirmation email is your proof of purchase. You can either present a printed copy or show us the email on your mobile device for validation.
Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email after booking. You can also notify us by email.
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the activity, less than 12 hours will be fully charged and less than 24 hours will be charged for 50%.
Should Local Spirit cancel the tour due to poor weather conditions (i.e. high wind/rainfall warning issued to tourism/hiking companies by the local authorities), you can reschedule your tour or receive a full refund within 24 hours.
However, last-minute cancellations (i.e. less than 24 hours before the start of the activity)for other reasons will be charged.
